- —No account needed. No fees to submit. Just tell us what you need.
Tip:The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.
Step 2·Within 24 hours
Fiwi Services Reviews Your Request
- —Our team reviews your inquiry carefully and assesses the scope of work.
- —We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to ask a few clarifying questions.
- —If your request is clear and straightforward, we move directly to scheduling the next step.
Tip:We aim to respond within one business day. Urgent requests are handled as quickly as possible.
Step 3·Typically within 3–5 days
Inspection is Scheduled if Needed
- —For most projects, a site inspection allows us to assess conditions, measurements, and any special requirements.
- —We schedule the inspection at a time that works for you.
- —For simpler or remote requests, we may proceed with a quote based on your description and photos alone.
Tip:Inspections are included as part of the quoting process at no extra cost for standard projects.
Step 4·Within 2–5 business days after inspection
You Receive Your Quote
- —You receive a clear, itemised quote detailing all labour, materials, and timelines.
- —No vague estimates — just transparent pricing so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
- —You can review the quote at your own pace. We are happy to answer any questions.
Tip:All quotes are valid for a set period. Accepting the quote locks in the pricing.
Step 5·Begins on agreed start date
Service is Coordinated and Delivered
- —Once you accept the quote and a deposit is confirmed, we coordinate all scheduling and resources.
- —The right team is deployed to your project on the agreed start date.
- —We manage the work and provide updates throughout. You have a single point of contact — us.
Tip:We handle the logistics so you do not have to chase down contractors or manage timelines yourself.
Step 6·Final walkthrough on completion
Project Completion & Follow-Up
- —When the work is done, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations.
- —You sign off when you are fully satisfied.
- —We remain available for any post-project questions or follow-up needs.
Tip:We do not consider a job done until you are happy with the result.
